"I have never experience the worst customer service from this insurance company Karla Contreras was very rude she did nothing but talk over me with questions that I have regarding my policy. Lately car insurances have been goin up and all I wanted was to know as to why the policy has gone up so much . She couldn’t answer my question . She told me that if I’m not happy to go somewhere else. I have dealt with Mr Alfonso who has been nothing but very professional and very helpful she told me he’s couldn’t help me Cause he’s just and employee he’s not an agent . To me that’s very disrespectful and unprofessional . N the sad part about it I been with them for years n to be treated like this I might as well go somewhere else"
